Posting from the iPod touch

  • Posted on September 20, 2010 at 7:21 pm

Thought. I’d see what it was like to write a blog post using the iPod touch. So, here goes nothing. I love how when I easily misspell a word it auto corrects it for me. I’m not sure I could wrote a book this way but then again who knows. Tomorrow’s the day my daughter Kay sees the endocrinologist, her blood work came back normal, which is an incredibly good sign. We’re taking this one day at a time.

Well, sorry to bore anyone who dares read this, like I said I wanted to see how hard it was to write a blog post on this ipod.

Normalcy

Usually it only takes a week to get back into my routine once the kids go back to school, but this year has been significantly different. Two out of three of my children returned to school, the oldest is here until November–currently not here, visiting family in NC–then there’s my daughter’s injury and findings on the CT scan. When she wrecked the bike, they found lesions on her thyroid. An ultra sound several weeks later confirmed they were there. I’m not so worried because her blood work came back normal, but just to be on the safe side, she has an appointment with an Endocrinologist on the 21st of this month. Normalcy will return next Monday when the kids are back in school, there are no doctor appointments or dental appointments.  There’s only one problem–isn’t there always?–I’m back where my office should be, sitting on an uncomfortable chair and using a tablemate for my ‘desk’. Perhaps the remedy will be to buy some office furniture this weekend after we go to the Air Show.

What are your plans for the weekend?
